Terms of Service

Shipping:



All orders will be shipped by Israeli Registered Mail with return receipt, unless otherwise noted. You will be able to track your package to your local post office. I will send you a Convo when it is shipped with the tracking information.

There is an option to ship via Express Mail (EMS) to your Etsy Address, (door to door) at an additional cost. If you prefer this method, which is faster than registered mail, please inquire before placing your order.

All orders will be shipped within 4 business days from the payment’s clearing date unless otherwise stated. (Customized items will be shipped as stated for each item.)

Please take into consideration that business days in Israel are Sunday to Thursday.

Please let me know if you want the item to be gift wrapped in addition to a protective envelope.


Refunds and Exchanges:

It is highly important to me that you are happy with what you purchased. Be sure I will do my best to keep you happy!

I accept returns and exchanges on ready-made items within the first 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned in new and unused condition. Please contact me within 14 days to request a refund. Refunds will be issued less shipping charges. Once I receive the returned item, I will refund the cost to you. Shipping will not be refunded.

Customized items that I make to your specifications are not refundable.

Remember that the hues on your computer monitor are not always true to the actual item. Please take that into account when selecting colors.
